ArtPrize Receives $100,000 Grant from National Endowment for the Arts

ArtPrize will receive an Our Town grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), one of only 51 grants awarded nationwide. The organization will receive $100,000 as part of a broad community-based campaign to fund the 2011 event.

The grant will support key operations including education activities, mobile development for voting, among others. Our Town is the NEA’s latest investment in creative place making, which is where partners from both public and private sectors come…
