Description of work: This collection of four oil paintings on canvas (each 24" x 30") is the result of an enchanting visit to Venice, the city of canals, bridges, art, music, and great cuisine. While meandering through the cobblestone streets or enjoying a cappuccino, I couldn't help but be fascinated at the rich beauty of the reflective waters surrounding the city's unique structures. I viewed it as an adult Disneyworld filled with color and delightful things to do at every turn. It was also a surprise to stumble upon a symphonic event in St. Mark's Square by hearing this heavenly music wafting through the lanes until we were lured toward the musicians.
