Description of work: Everyday we experience thousands of visual images, they are seen and felt with countless variations. All of the optical encounters we see are complex arrangements of form that exist moment to moment, always changing, always moving.
My practice as an artist is to first process, organize and preserve these moments of time into one unified pictorial statement. Secondly, an attempt is made through illusion to create a sensation of form and space moving and expanding around us.
Our society has such great potential to achieve world unity along with huge advancements in technology, yet peace still alludes us. So, I ask what good is all the art in the world if there remains so much human disparity and inequality? My goal is to be the best artist possible. My hope is that our society can advance to a level of greater understanding of one another.
