Description of work: This is a series of drawings about the symbiotic relationships between beings and thier environments. Covering ideas about nesting, hunting, and mating, a variety of animas are drawn in narrative form, depicting scenes of their survival.
Each animal not only tells a story about thier own situation but also represents human tendancies and human struggles. Animal representations allow these works to be understood across the lines of age, race, gender and culture. My hope is that each individual viewing my work will be able to bring their own experience to the stories that I have set up. |
