Description of work: My piece reflects the ebbing of the human spirit. There are times when strength surfaces in joy, and other times in despair. Every emotion has variance to its energy, and time reveals these dimensions to us. The color palate and soft edges here locate these changes in our energy. My hope is that others will connect with the work by reflecting on the many situations in their lives that make-up who they are. We are all bundles of experience - passion, anger, joy, sadness, excitement married with the world we encounter. |
