Jess fell in love with art as a teenager and just had to "create" as a part of her daily life, a way to excape the everyday turmoil of the classic disfunctional family. The passion grew along with her family over the years. The paintings and assemblages she creates now reflect a life of loss and great courage. Whimsical yet tarnished she compels you to wonder. Mixed media canvas or wood board type assemblages repurposed,reused,recycled type materials combined with acrylics, inks and found objects and papers with bits and peices of who knows what.its Art!
