Artist bio: Growing up Alyssa always loved messing with her father's old film cameras but, did not realize her love for photography until the past year. Since then she has participated in well known competitions including Skills USA, placing Gold at the state level and Scholastics Art competition, placing Silver at the national level. Presently attending KCAD, she hopes to become a successful graphic artist.

Description of work: The series of photographs were taken to expose human inconsistency between society and personal feelings. The shots were taken with a nikon d40 and 18-55mm lens. The first two were taken with natural light and the last with controlled.
