The artwork entitled “Collective Cover Project” is a long term project initiated in January of 2009 and completed in 2012. Fiber-based items inducted into the Collective Cover Project have been randomly found along roadways or in the environment by the artist and generous colleagues — culminating in a collection of objects that have been numbered, photographed, and for whom a "Constructed Archive" has been created with current events from the day they were found. Members are then fitted with a woven QR code that connects them in cyberspace with their constructed history. www.collectivecover.com
