ILLUSION

2013 ArtPrize Entry

"ILLUSION" is an art installation where the observer is engaged in a large painting of an imaginary landscape. The landascape picture is an image that floats between memories and imagination, and suggests a sense of elongated time and a potential for reflection and meditation. My intention is always to capture the silence and the experience of the sublime.
