Bloom, is a bright, contemporary mixed media piece that showcases classic nature themes with a digital twist. In nature, even a simple flower can stand out as it reaches for the sun, and it's a lesson for us all to watch for the beauty among the rocks. Bloom began as a digitally enhanced photo that was then cut and individually glazed onto 280 glass tiles, and mounted on a wood base.
