Description of work: Vita Ortus is the first piece of a series of three sculptures. The first piece made was Givingtaker, which was actually the second piece in the series. The third piece may be made in 2012. The idea of this project is to send a message to the humanity to save our planet.
Givingtaker represented a warning. Mother Nature gave us the Earth as a gift and could take it away if we do not take care of it.
Vita Ortus will represent the birth of our ambiguous and intriguing Universe. This outdoor sculpture will be approx. 22-foot tall and it will be made out of steel.
The picture showed here is only a design. The artwork itself will have more elements and features.
