Artist bio

Originally from Korea, Young Kim received a BFA from Austin Peay State University and a MFA from the University of Kentucky. His work has been exhibited extensively at numerous galleries including Second Street Gallery (Charlottesville, VA), Hun Gallery (New York, NY), Spaces (Cleveland, OH), Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts (Grand Rapids, MI), Arts+Literature Laboratory Gallery (New Haven, CT), 1708 Gallery (Richmond, VA), and Pearlman Gallery (Cincinnati, OH). He currently lives and works in North Carolina.
