I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. I am the youngest of 7. I love traveling, meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, cooking and fine wines. Basically I enjoy enjoying life. My fiance Jill has been a great inspiration and teacher in my artistic development. I owe her much to fine tuning some of my vision.
Working with glass has been a fantastic experience for me. Learning how to get the look and feel you want has been and still is a journey. I also love the lighting aspect too. Taking a beautiful piece of glass and creating just the right lighting to make it come alive is exciting. I think that is why I have always been drawn to vibrant colors and patterns, because for me they are alive. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I do.
