Artist bio

A lifelong Potter and Sculptor, I have taught at several Universities and Community Colleges as well as the former Chair of 3-D at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts. I am a Fulbright Scholar as well as Executive Director of an international Humanitarian Organization, Clean Water for the World. I currently teach in both the Foundations and Ceramics Departments at Western Michigan University.

Description of work: A 12 ft. high narrow pyramid with triangular acrylic buckets that fill, tip and spill into other buckets that fill, tip and spill into other buckets. Some buckets will spill into funnels the will drive other moving devices. The entire activity is totally unpredictable and full of surprises.
