Abstract Original Painting "Clarity and Confusion" 36x36 acrylic on canvas. Mike Coleman (a.k.a. Chaotic Mike) knows his wife is always right, she determined this was the painting that needed to go into ArtPrize for 2018. Mike Coleman officially started painting in 2012 when he moved to beautiful Ludington, MI with the aforementioned wife. Everyone had said how boring, long, and cold the winters are up north in Michigan. Eager yet to stay positive and enjoy the change from Chicago suburbs life to the new life in relaxing beach town of Ludington he bought some paint and canvas and made a mess. Just playing with paints and learning by watching some videos and studying other compelling artworks Mike Coleman started to develop his style. One day a friend was over and inquired about commissioning some artwork, that was the spark that launched the clarity and confusion of the last 6 years emerging as a respected professional artist. This work represents my journey that I wanted to share.
