Tribute to the Red Cross. Connections for Life.

Zeeland Artists Working Gallery Vote Code: 65035

This art project is a tribute to an extraordinary Red Cross organization in general and all their selfless volunteers. Not long ago they personally touched my family, turning a tragedy of home fire into a celebration of life. My fellow artists from a West Michigan group, called Zeeland Artists Collective, supported me to bring awareness of the American Red Cross and it's volunteers through collaborative art. At out sensitive times, above all, this organization values neutrality, acceptance and life. This tribute to the American Red Cross underscores its powerful testimony to the values of community and compassion. The planned size 9,5'x9,5' could be discussed and easily adjusted to the venue available space by reducing each side by at least one foot.
