Newborn: Wade, bronze, is a lifesize, freshly born calf now vulnerable to its own survival skills, the nurturing of its mother, its owners capabilities, environmental factors and market forces. Our interface with nature often neglects full realization of all that is being altered. It is true 'all flesh is grass' and I am always seeking to reveal the intermingled and interdependent relationships necessary to the survival of both the grass and the flesh.
