Do you see a man or a skull? Hidden Images... but also a hidden message. Gluttony is paranoiac critical art as a political protest piece, the dual image on the American flag with down pointing stars serves to illustrate democracy in decline as corporate and commercial players dictate policy and dole out fear in a bank led fascist theocracy. The fat man with his face buried in a bowl and shining far brighter than all else around him represents the 1% in America, the bowl is wealth inequality, the dripping is failed trickle down economic policy and the fair share of all the rest of us by that tiny falling droplet. The same image can also be viewed as a homeless barefoot man eating a bowl of soup or a P.T.S.D. soldier with his boots off drinking from a helmet.
