Bigfoot: Watch for the Squatch

Bigfoot is out there. With only foot prints, photos, and one very convincing video Bigfoot has been imprinted in the minds of people. My diorama will give the viewer the same kind of encounter that one would experience in the woods. All the flora and fauna are made with recycled material. For Bigfoot’s hair I used electric shears to cut metal to look like hair. The metal came from old washers, dryers, water heaters, car hoods, microwaves, and other scrap sheet metal I could find. Whether you believe Bigfoot exists or not that is up to you. Just keep an open mind and ask yourself if it is possible that we don’t know everything that earth has to offer. I would like people to look at my work and ask themselves if we could change how we treat discarded materials. Bigfoot only leaves behind footprints maybe we could learn to do the same and reduce our impact on the earth.
